1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Halve the potatoes. Chop spring onion bulbs and the greens.Press potato halves lightly and put them in a baking dish.
2. Put the spring onions with the greens over them. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Grate cheese on top, sprinkle crushed red chillies. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
