1. Heat oil in a non-stick kadai. Add cumin seeds, green chillies and cook. Add chane and sauté lightly on low heat.
2. Add bay leaf, coriander powder, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt and dried mango powder and sauté on low heat.
3. Chop coriander leaveds and add. Add salt and mix. Transfer the chane mixture into drones.
4. Sprinkle lemon juice, onion, tomato, raw mango, chaat masala, garlic sev and chana chor garam over it .
