To make the batter, combine the refined flour, garlic, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala in a bowl, add sufficient water and whisk to make a smooth batter. Combine the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and semolina and spread on a plate.
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and dip the cottage cheese cubes into the batter and then coat in the breadcrumbs mixture. Deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
