Preheat oven to 200°C. Separate stalk from mushrooms, make cavity in mushroom caps with a knife and set aside. Finely chop the mushroom stalks. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add onion and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add chopped mushroom stalks and salt, toss and cook for 2 minutes.
Line a baking tray with a silicon sheet.
Mix cheese, sautéed mixture, pepper powder and red chilli sauce. Stuff this mixture into the mushroom caps and place them on the silicon sheet. (You can also sprinkle salt in the cavities and add few drops of olive oil and then stuff with mixture. Garnish each mushroom with a small parsley leaf and drizzle olive oil on top. Place tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
