1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Whisk together yogurt, cream, condensed milk and strawberry crush in a bowl till well blended.
2. Pour some water on a baking tray. Pour the prepared mixture into individual ramekin moulds and place the moulds on the baking tray.
3. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for eight minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool to room temperature and refrigerate for an hour.
4. Serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
