1. Chop spinach finely. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Chop onion roughly and add. Add garlic cloves and sauté till lightly coloured.
2. Add pine nuts and raisins. Cut paneer into small cubes. Add spinach to the pan and mix well.
3. Add salt and mix.Add paneer, brown bread crumbs and mix. If you want you can add a little pepper powder too.
4. Transfer into serving bowl and serve as a side dish.
