Preheat the oven at 160°C. Slice the top of the apples and scoop out the flesh. Finely chop the flesh and place it in a bowl. Crumble sponge cake and add to the bowl.
Add cashewnuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, brown sugar and butter and mix. Add 4 tbsps Rooh afza and mix well. Arrange the apples on a baking dish. Stuff the prepared mixture into the apples. Drizzle the remaining Rooh afza over them. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes and serve
