1. Heat oil in a non stick pan.
2. Dry roast sesame seeds in another non stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste to the hot oil and sauté till fragrant. Add rajma and mix.
3. Add red chilli powder, black salt, dried mango powder, coriander powder and salt and mix. Add cola and mix. Cook till the mixture becomes dry. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
4. Spread the rajma mixture on the toasted breads. Sprinkle roasted sesame over it. Cut each into two pieces, sprinkle cheese over it and serve.
