1. Place the hung yogurt in a bowl. Add the cottage cheese, icing sugar, green cardamom powder and saffron milk and mix till soft and creamy.
2. Spread a thick layer of this mixture over each biscuit and smoothen the surface with a dampened knife. Slice the strawberries without slicing through completely.
3. Gently spread them out into a fan and place one over the topping on each biscuit. Serve immediately.
