1. Soak the porcini and oyster mushrooms in lukewarm water for twenty minutes. Drain. Wash well and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan. Add the button mushrooms and garlic and sauté over medium heat.
3. Add the porcini and oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for a minute.
4. Add the onions, salt, black pepper powder, mixed dried herbs and soy sauce and stir-fry on high heat for a minute. Add the red chilli sauce, vinegar, red capsicum and yellow capsicum and toss.
5.Sauté for further two minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot.
