1. Preheat oven to 280°C.
2. Place the mushrooms in a bowl. Add crushed garlic, parsley, salt, black peppercorns, pine nuts, white wine and olive oil and mix well. Transfer the mixture into catalan moulds and keep them in the preheated oven. Cook for ten to fifteen minutes.
3. Serve hot with garlic bread.
