1. Mix peanuts, gram flour, spinach, green chillies, onion, chaat masala, lemon juice, one tablespoon oil, salt and sufficient water in a bowl and knead into a soft dough.
2. Divide the dough into eight equal portions and shape them into tikkis. Flatten them slightly between your palms.
3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the tikkis, turning sides, till golden brown on both sides.
4. Serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
