1.Cut mango, without peeling, into small pieces. Heat 2 cups water in a non stick pan and add mango pieces, turmeric powder, green chillies and mix well.
2. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add jaggery and mix well. Cover again and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt.Mix rice flour with ¼ cup water and add to the pan.
4. Heat oil in a small non stick pan and add mustard seeds. When the seeds splutter add the tempering to the mango pachidi.
5. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes. Cool and serve at room temperature.
