Peel bananas and cut into ½ inch thick slices. Quarter strawberries and slice them.
Heat 2 tbsps butter in a non stick pan, add bananas and strawberries. Break eggs into a bowl and beat them. Add cream and 4 tbsps honey and mix well.
Add 4 tbsps to honey strawberries and bananas and mix.
Heat butter in another non stick pan.Soak bread slices in egg and cook on the second pan. Cook, turning sides. Remove onto a plate.
Place a French toast on a serving plate, put some strawberry-banana mixture over it. Place another slice over the fruits at an angle. Put some strawberry-banana mixture over the top slice and serve.
