1. Mash feta cheese and divide into 16 equal portions.
2. Stuff one portion with chopped sundried tomatoes, one with dried cranberries, one with olives and one with all the three and shape them into small balls. Similarly prepare the remaining balls.
3. Spread chopped pistachios, almonds and walnuts on a plate and mix well. Add chopped parsley and mix again. Coat the balls evenly in the mixture.
4. Sprinkle leftover nut mixture on top and serve immediately.
