1. Heat a non-stick pan. Add strawberries and orange juice. Stir and cook till strawberries become soft. Add sugar and mix. Cook till sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Strain the mixture and pour the strained liquid back into the pan. Set cooked strawberries aside. Place the pan back on heat. Add cornstarch mixture and mix well. Cook till the sauce thickens.
3. Put the strawberries into individual small glasses or shot glasses. Sprinkle pistachios over them. Pour the sauce over. Chill and serve.
